SAMBA, Jan 17: Two theft cases under the jurisdiction of Police Stations Ramgarh and Vijaypur have taken place.
As per reports yesterday one Pankaj Sharma, S/o Tilak Raj of Kullian Kamala, tehsil Ramgarh had parked the 800 Maruti car bearing Registration No. JK02X-7923 in the street and during the intervening night some unknown vehicle lifters took away the car from the area.
Another theft case came in the fore today when some burglars intruded into the residential house of Tara Chand Verma, S/o Girdhri Lal at Vijaypur near Sabji Mandi and opened the almirah and boxes. In the meanwhile daughter of Tara Chand Verma came and on seeing her the thieves fled away from spot. The family made a complaint with the Vijaypur Police, FIR in both the cases at P/S Ramgarh and Vijaypur have been registered and investigation is under way.
