REASI, June 10: In a tragic incident, two teenage friends from Seela Panassa area in Reasi drowned while taking bath in Chenab River, here today.
The deceased were identified as 18-year old Ganesh Kumar, son of Bodh Raj and 17-year old Sourav Kumar, son of Kuldeep Kumar. Both are residents of Ward number 1, Seela Panassa in Reasi.
Reports said that both the youth were taking bath in River Chenab at Seela Panasa when they slipped into deep water and drowned. Their bodies were not found and a search operation was launched by Police Team along with SDRF. Till last reports came in, bodies were not recovered.
