MENDHAR, Oct 3: Two police men deployed with SOG in Mendhar area were attached for allegedly beating three workers of a local businessman.
Police sources said that SGC Sikander Hussain and Constable Nissar Hussain Shah were attached by the SSP Poonch J S Johar to DPL Poonch on the complaint of the traders Imran and Irfan. The SSP also directed SDPO Mendhar to hold inquiry into the matter. It was alleged that these cops had beaten up Azmal and Attar, sons of Mohd Ashraf and Rahul Kumar working in the shop of Imran last evening.
