UDHAMPUR, July 18: Udhampur and Majalta Police traced out two missing persons.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a person namely Kuldeep Singh of Chapper with Police Station Udhampur stating that his son namely Vansh Singh has been missing since July 12 this year.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 330/2020 under Section 363 IPC was lodged at Police Station Udhampur and search began.
Due to sustained efforts and diligence of police party of Police Station Udhampur headed by SHO Inspector Vijay Choudhary, raids were conducted at different suspected locations utilizing human and technical intelligence and finally the missing boy was traced out from Malhar area of District Udhampur.
Police team brought back the missing boy safely to Police Station Udhampur and handed over to the family after proper legal procedure.
In another case, a team from Police Station Majalta recovered a lady who was missing since September 30, 2019.
After the registration of missing report, a team from Police Station Majalta started the investigation and after hectic efforts traced out the missing lady from Indra Chowk area of District Jammu.
