SRINAGAR, Nov 6: Two persons died while as yet another was injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley.
Reports said that a Matador bearing registration number JK09/1155 hit a lady Hajra Begum, wife of Abdul Rashid Dar, resident of Gotoongo at Gotoongo, Handwara. The injured lady was shifted to SKIMS, Soura, for treatment, where she succumbed to her injuries.
An unidentified truck hit and injured a conductor of another truck bearing registration number HR38N/1557 namely Pavitra Singh, son of Girdari Lal Singh, resident of Kolal-Mohara, Reasi at Nagam Bazar, Kralgund. The injured was shifted to SKIMS, Soura, for treatment, but he succumbed on way to hospital.
An unidentified vehicle hit a Santro Car bearing registration number JK03/8409 at Narbal resulting in injuries to the Santro driver Ashiq Hussain Chichi aged 25 years, son of Noor-ud-Din resident of Gundkamal, Kralgund-Handwara. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has taken cognizance in all the cases.
