SRINAGAR, Aug 27: An SPO and a child died while two others were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley.
Reports said that a Tractor bearing registration number JK03B/5207 hit four years old Ubaid Rashid Bhat, son of Abdul Rashid, resident of Banimulla near his residence at Banimulla-Kulgam, resulting in his on spot death. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Tata Mobile 407 load carrier turned turtle near Mangloora, Kunzer. A police SPO Shabir Ahmad Bhat, son of Mohammad Ashraf resident of Batmaloo traveling in the load carrier died on the spot in the mishap. Another person Mudasir Ahmad Bhat, son of Mohammad Ashraf resident of Bemina was injured. The injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Maruti van bearing registration number JKQ/6790 hit and injured a pedestrian Fatima, aged 50 years, wife of Mohammad Akram Ganie resident of Bindoo-Kokernag at Bindoo. The injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
