KATHUA, Sept 27: A motorcyclist and a girl were injured seriously after the rashly driven motorcycle skidded off the road and hit a girl who was coming out of the tutorial at Marheen in Kathua district this afternoon.
According to police Naresh Singh, 27 of Nawla Chak in Marheen tehsil failed to control his motor cycle which was in high speed and it skidded off the road resulting in serious injuries to him as well as a girl who was crossing the road after coming out of the tutorial this afternoon. The girl has been identified as Ruby.
Both the youth and the girl were taken to GMC, Jammu in a serious condition. The Police has registered a case against the motorcyclist under the relevant Sections of the law.
