UDHAMPUR, Feb 22: Cops today arrested two narco smugglers with 12 grams of heroin at two different places.
Following inputs, a police team from Udhampur Police Station laid a surprise naka near Subash Stadium and arrested one Mohd Rafiq son of Mohd Sultan of Jakheni, Udhampur wherein during his search six grams of Heroin was recovered.
The operation was led by inspector Vijay Singh Choudhary, SHO Police Station Udhampur and assisted by others.
In this connection, a case U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act was registered and further investigation were taken up.
In yet another case, same police team while checking vehicles at Circular Road held one Abhishek Gupta son of Krishan Lal of Sallian Talab with six grams of Heroin.
In this connection, a case in FIR number 59/2019 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act was registered and further investigation were taken up.
