SRINAGAR, June 26: Two persons including a woman, were killed by electrocution in Kashmir today, police said.
An electrician, Shabir Ahmad Malik, son of Abdul Rehman of Hanjipora, Soibugh in Budgam, was killed when he received an electric shock in the house of Abdul Rashid, son of Abdul Rehman Mir of Hanjipora, Soibugh. He was shifted to hospital where he died.
A woman, Fareeda Bano ,wife of Mohammad Rafiq of Arwani, Warpora, Anantnag, was killed when she received an electric shock at her home, police said.
