RAJOURI, May 13: Two more drug-peddlers have been taken into preventive custody by Rajouri police after they were found involved in unlawful activities in the area.
Order for their detention in preventive custody was issued by Executive Magistrate, Rajouri on the recommendation of District Police chief. The police had received several complaints against them regarding their involvement in spreading drugs related activities and spoiling career of the other youth.
They are identified as Mohd Amir, son of Mohd Sharif, resident of Ward No. 2, Rajouri and Garish Sharma, son of Kundan Lal, resident of Ward No. 6, Rajouri. Both the boys were found involved in drugs peddling and have been taken in preventive custody and lodged in District Central, Jail, Dhangri.
