2 die, 4 injured in mishaps

SRINAGAR, July 14: Two persons died and four others were injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
A police spokesperson said that a Tipper JK05C 1541 hit a pedestrian Wali Mohammad Malik son-in- law of Mohammad Subhan rather of Kreshibal, Noorbagh, Srinagar at Bongam, Kunzar, resulting in his on spot death. Kunzar Police have registered a case in this regard.
A Tractor turned turtle at Nowpora, Kreeri, Baramulla, resulting in serious injuries to the driver Akhter Ahmad Lone son of Nisar Ahmad of Nowpora. He was shifted to District Hospital, Baramulla where he succumbed to his injuries.
In another accident, an Innova bearing registration number JK02AH 1207 on way from Baltal to Jammu turned turtle on National Highway near Neepora, Qazigund, resulting in injuries to four persons, travelling in it. All the injured were shifted to district hospital Anantnag for treatment. Qazigund Police have registered a case in this regard.
