Srinagar, Dec 4: Two persons died while a minor was injured today in different road accidents across the valley.
A police spokesperson said that a Horse Cart and a motorcycle bearing registration number JK05D 5418 collided near Tujkhan, Ganastan, Sumbal town of Bandipora district, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist.
The injured was identified as Mohammad Maqbool Yatoo son of Ghulam Hassan of Yalpattan. The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries. Police in Bandipora has registered a case in this regard.
A Motorcycle identified as Asif Hajam son of Majeed Hajam of Hanjiveera, Baramulla while on way from Hanjiveera to Magam hit and injured a pedestrian Mohammad Shabaan Yatoo son in law of Samad Baba of Kongumdara. The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries. Police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident a Tata mobile vehicle bearing registration number JK03 5977 hit and injured Dar Ibrahim, 11 son of Mohammad Yousuf of Chainabal, Baramulla. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
