JAMMU, Jan 16: A Job Fair organised by Himayat Mission Management Unit in collaboration with Hard Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd. (YuvaSamparkkranti) concluded today at Government Polytechnic college Jammu in which 24 companies and around 700 trained candidates participated.
During the Fair, Chief Operating Officer Kapil Sharma distributed offer letters to 380 candidates selected by the various employers with salary range of Rs 1.20 lacs-2.64 lakh per annum.
He appreciated the representatives of companies for hiring the candidates & urged them to engage maximum number of Himayat trainees in future recruitment drives in their respective companies. He informed that these types of Job fairs provide an opportunity to trained candidates from all streams to access career options.
Twentyfour companies including some reputed employers like Sarovar Portico, Amazon Pay, Shoppers Stop, Mahindra & Mahindra P&G Services, Burgerwalas, Tech Mahindra, Magic pin etc participated as employers to recruit maximum number of trainees for various verticals and offered jobs in different sectors like Hotel & Tourism, Retail-Sales, Security Services, Electrical and Logistics etc.
