All these Govt. claimed teams felt cheated and agitated by this grant by the SAC to the privately sponsored team like Real Kashmir FC when all Govt. Department teams and their employees are already suffering with the lack of wages, proper Infrastructure, professional coaching academies, structured training sessions, stringent coaching techniques, constant encouragement trials, tournaments, grounds, supporting staff, fitness material and so forth.
To raise and promote the football brand in the nation, the grants should have been disbursed frequently to these Govt. Department Teams first to support their livelihoods and to build up the grassroot level football which is the unparalleled method to observe Indian National Football Team playing in the greatest Football competitions including the FIFA World Cup. The ISL and I-League Brand of football by acquiring the Foreigners to elevate the dimension of the football in the nation appear to be a long way from effective. Appropriate Infrastructure, proficient instructing institutes, organized instructional meetings, stringent training methods, consistent consolation preliminaries and competitions for all ages is the path forward. By providing these facilities, it winds up less demanding to distinguish the correct ability from a more extensive pool and furthermore make a domain to take a stab at these youths.
