SRINAGAR: Two persons were critically injured, when they were hit by a snow avalanche in the frontier district of Kupwara today, official sources said here.
They said Nazir Ahmad Cheche and Mohammad Rafiq were hit by a snow avalanche at Khoni Nallah in Kupwara,M which had recently received heavy snowfall.
However, both the persons were rescued and shifted to hospital, where their condition is stated to be critical. (AGENCIES)
