MENDHAR, Dec 7: Two Police constables were attached today for the alleged torture of two youth in Mendhar Police Station.
The people had held strong protest in Mendhar town on Tuesday against Police demanding action against the cops responsible for the torture and illegal confinement of the two boys Ramzan and Mushtaq from Salwah and Banola. Today, the SSP Poonch J S Johar after probe attached the two cops . They are identified as CGCT Mohd Alias and Constable Zaffar Ahmed. They have been attached to DPL Poonch.
