RAJOURI, May 18: A shepherd was seriously injured and two buffaloes killed during thunder-storm and lightning at village Gurha Sarkar in Darhal area this evening.
A police spokesman said a strong beam of flash light from the sky, hit two buffaloes and a villager in the evening at Gurkha Sarkari village of Darhal. While two buffaloes were killed on the spot, villager Nazir Hussain, son of Wali Mohd of the same villager was seriously injured. He was later shifted to District Hospital Rajouri and then referred to GMC hospital Jammu.
