POONCH, June 1: Two bike riders were injured after they were hit by a Maruti Van in Mendhar area today.
A police spokesman said that a Maruti Van hit a motorcycle No. JK02BJ/ 6336 in Gohlad area near Mendhar and sped away from the spot. The two youth riding on the bike were thrown away and sustained multiple injuries. They were shifted to SDH Mendhar. They were identified as Ghulam Abbas and Mohd Saleem, residents of Gohlad. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
