RAJOURI, Nov 10: Two persons attempted suicide in two separate incidents in district Rajouri today.
A police spokesman said that 20-year-old Saddam Hussain, son of Mohd Aamin hailing from Manjakote, and at present Nowshera, became serious at around 4 pm today when he allegedly consumed some poisonous stuff at home. He was rushed to SDH Nowshera and later referred to GMC Hospital Rajouri.
In yet another incident, 15- year-old Bupinder Kour, daughter of Jasbir Singh of Narian was hospitalized at Nowshera after she allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at home this afternoon. The parents shifted her to Nowshera hospital. The police has taken cognizance in both the cases.
