SAMBA, Dec 8: Nineteen Passengers were injured when the mini-bus they were traveling in skidded off the road and plunged into gorge near village Terri on Sarna-Samba road, today.
The ill-fated vehicle bearing registration number JK21-5863 was on its way to Samba from Sarna, when the driver lost control over the vehicle and it plunged into gorge, resulting into injuries to 19 passengers.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and started rescue operation with the help of locals.

All the injured persons were shifted to District Hospital Samba, from where some of the injured persons were referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for advanced treatment.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Samba Police Station and investigation started.
