NEW DELHI, Feb 2:
Under aegis of ‘Bharat Ke Veer’, 17 families of martyred Central Armed Police Forces were facilitated at BSF Headquarters on Saturday.
BSF Director General Rajni Kant Mishra along with Jamna Auto Industries Ltd Vice Chairman Randeep Singh Jauhar presented a cheque of Rs 2.5 lakh to each of the martyred members which will be routed through the ‘Bharat Ke Veer’ portal.
Ten from BSF, four from CRPF, two from Assam Rifles and one from SSB have been facilitated on this occasion?, BSF spokesperson Shubhendu Bhardwaj said.
Speaking to the occasion, BSF DG Rajni Kant Mishra said that all were indebted and duty bound for well being of the family members of the martyrs who have given the supreme sacrifice serving the motherland. (UNI)
