1,629  pilgrims pay obeisance, over 2.42 lakh had darshan so far

SRINAGAR: About 1630 pilgrims, including women and sadhus, paid obeisance at the holy cave shrine in south Kashmir Himalayas on Tuesday, an official spokesman said here on Tuesday evening.

He said on 27th day of the 60-day-long pilgrimage, which commenced from June 28, 1,629 devotees paid obeisance at the Holy Cave. He said till date, 2,42,165 Yatris had the darshan of the Shivling at the Holy Cave. Majority of the pilgrims have since returned to their homes, he added. (AGENCIES)
