15 hurt as Tempo- Safari collide

RAJOURI, June 13: At least 15 persons were injured when a Tempo Traveler and Safari vehicle collided near Lamberi on Jammu-Rajouri highway late this evening.
A police spokesman said that the mishap took place when both the vehicles were moving in the same direction. Over speeding Safari vehicle bearing registration No. HR26B/2438 hit Tempo Traveler No. JK02AX/4186 from back at around 9 pm near Lamberi. Both the vehicles were over turned at the spot.
A total 15 persons were injured in the mishap. They all were rushed to Sunderbani hospital, where two of them were referred to GMC Hospital Jammu. Their condition was serious. They were identified as Gulshan Kumar, son of Jagdish Lal, resident of Saranu and Babu Ram, son of Sita Ram, from Muradpur in Rajouri. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
