JAMMU, Mar 24: Police rescued 15 bovine animals and arrested a person.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Satwari police station laid a naka and intercepted a truck bearing registration number JK02AT-4217.
During checking, police rescued 15 bovine animals and arrested the accused, who has been identified as Mohammad Rafiq, son of Mohammad Hussain of Khanpur Nagrota.
A case under FIR Number 54/16 has been registered at Satwari police station and investigation started.
