JAMMU, Jan 24: Special Mobile Magistrate (Passenger Tax) Jammu Manjeet Rai today granted 14 days judicial remand to Rajesh Kumar Abrol, suspended Judicial Officer, and sent him to District Jail.
DySP Raj Pal produced the accused in the court seeking judicial remand. The court after perusal of the CD file, remanded the accused to judicial custody for period of 14 days.
