KATHUA, Apr 2: In the weekly event of the District Administration Kathua to attend to the grievances of the public telephonically, 14 callers registered their complaints with the DDC Kathua Jitendra K. Singh today.
The callers while interacting with Deputy Commissioner projected issues mainly related to the provisions for civic amenities in their respective areas.
DC Kathua issued on spot instructions to the district officers to address grievances within a week’s time and also advised the callers that they may call back again in Prayas, if their complaints are not redressed satisfactorily.
Later, DDC also reviewed the reply of complaints, which were registered in the ‘Prayas’ Cell.
