RAJOURI, July 16: Thirteen persons were injured when a Load carrier on way from Ghambir to Shahdra met with an accident at Behrote Thanna Mandi, here today.
The load carrier, bearing registration number JK-11D 9303, skidded off the road and slipped into 60 feet deep gorge. Some locals shifted the injured to CHC Thanna Mandi where some of them were referred to GMC Hospital Rajouri for advanced treatment.
The injured were identified as Sadia Liaqat, Saira Anjum, Arman Khan, Shamima Akhter, Mushtaq Ahmad, Nasreena Akhter, Zainab Bi, Rahmatullah Khan, Aasiya Kouser, Arbaz Khan, Zarina Akhter, Mohammad Ahsan and Amanullah Khan. Their condition was stated to be stable.
