RAJOURI, July 4: Official reports said that during late last evening the shopping complex belonging to Dalip Kumar, his brother Rajesh Kumar and Vikas Kumar suddenly collapsed with land slides at around 8. 15 pm. Since this three storey complex was under construction no body was inside when the incident took place and moreover, it is located on the road side.

After the incident, SSP Rajouri, concerned SHO rushed to the spot. The Revenue officials from Rajouri also arrived there. A major tragedy was averted. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
The police said that the owners have projected loss of property to the tune of over Rs 1.5 crores. They said there was no rain yesterday but due to heavy rain during past three days, a big breach was created in the area where cutting work was done recently with machines. A side of small hill in the dug up area collapsed suddenly causuing much damage to the property.
