SAMBA, July 26: Ghagwal police rescued 11 bovine animals.
As per police sources, a team from Ghagwal police post laid a naka and intercepted a truck bearing registration number JK02V-6481.
During checking, police team rescued 11 bovine animals from the vehicle, but the accused driver managed to escape from the spot.
A case under FIR Number 71/17 has been registered at Ghagwal police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Ghagwal Rajeshwar Singh rescued the bovine animals under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Samba Tanveer Ahmed and SSP Samba Anil Magotra.
