UDHAMPUR, Apr 13: Chenani and Ramnagar Police rescued 108 bovine animals and arrested 12 persons.
As per police sources, teams from Police Stations Chenani and Ramnagar laid down nakas in their respective jurisdictions and rescued 108 bovine animals. Twelve cattle smugglers were also arrested and six vehicles were also seized.
Cases under relevant Sections have been registered at Police Stations Chenani and Ramnagar and investigation started.
