REASI, Oct 16: Fulfilling the long pending demand of the local people, a 10 MVA power transformer was commissioned today at Katra Receiving Station and put on load.
It was a long pending demand of the residents of Katra town as the existing transformer was unable to cope with the ever increasing load of Katra town.
While commissioning the power transformer, AEE STD JPDCL Katra, Surinder Kumar informed that the project was executed by Shirdi Sai Company and implemented by Project wing of JPDCL. He said that the project was executed through centrally sponsored IPDS scheme.
He expressed hope that the people of Katra town will be benefitted with the successful commissioning of 10MVA transformer.
