UDHAMPUR, May 14: One person died and other got seriously injured when an Alto car, they were traveling in, rolled down into a deep gorge near village Kagot, this evening.
The deceased person was identified as Sukhdev Kumar (31), son of Shambhu Lal, residence of Kagot while the name of injured was established as Naresh Kumar of Ramnagar.
According to the reports, the Alto car bearing registration number JK02AH-4457 was on way from Ramnagar to Kagot when driver lost control over the vehicle, resulting into the accident around 7:30 pm. Ramnagar Police and locals rushed to the spot and took the injured persons to Ramnagar Hospital where doctors referred them to GMC Jammu, However, one of the victims succumbed to his injuries on the way from Ramnagar to Jammu.
