SRINAGAR, Oct 8: Four persons including two boys were injured in different road accidents while as a person who was injured in a road accident succumbed to his injuries.
A police spokesman said that due to an accident at Tagore Hall, Srinagar on October 4, Auto driver Mohammad Shafi Wani, son of Mohammad Yousuf resident of Chattergam Budgam was hurt. He succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar today.
A scooter bearing registration number JK01B/8658 driven by Sahil Ahmad Munshi, son of Mohammad Altaf, resident of Kawdara skidded off the road near SKICC-Srinagar, resulting in injuries to the scooterist. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Maruti car bearing registration number JK01B/1901 driven by Sajad Ahmad 23, son of Asrar Ahmad, resident of Bijnour, U.P was hit by a bus bearing registration number JKE/9709, resulting in injuries to the driver of the Maruti car. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
A Tata Mobile bearing registration number JK03A/281 hit and injured two boys Owais Ahmad Bhat (7), son of Farooq Ahmad Bhat and Aqib Ahmad Wani, (7), son of Bashir Ahmad residents of Rabitaar, Ganderbal. Both the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
