SRINAGAR, Nov 18: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) today announced the candidature of Yawar Mir for Rafiabad Assembly constituency and Zaffar Meraj for Habbakadal.
Zafar Meraj is a noted journalist and eminent member of the civil society while Yawar Mir is a young politician who has been involved in managing the constituency for last three years.
