JAMMU, May 9: Yudhvir Sethi, Vice President Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Priya Sethi, former Minister and National Executive Member, Bharatiya Janata Party inaugurated an electronics and home appliance showroom under the name and style ‘Baba Nanak Electronics and Home Appliances: Piara Singh & Sons’ at Belicharana here today.
Yudhvir said seeing the enthusiasm of the entrepreneurs both already in business as well as the fresh ones the economy of this Union Territory is bound to bloom fully in the coming couple of years.
He said that the BJP Government at the Centre has left no stone unturned in ameliorating the suffering of the business class and has also been promoting the scope for new entrepreneurship so that job seeking youth come forward to become job providers besides making handsome incomes from their ventures for which the J&K Administration is providing full support be it the loans from financial institutions or the incentives to ease their business journey towards transforming the economic scenario of Jammu and Kashmir.
While wishing the proprietor success and all the best for the new venture, Priya Sethi said that entrepreneurs of Jammu too need to aim for the sky and expand their business at national and international level thus creating a niche for themselves at all levels. This will not only boost their economic wealth but will give a strong economic thrust to J&K’s economy.
Upinder, Proprietor of the newly opened showroom informed that the customers shall be getting all the nationally and internationally branded items in electronic and home appliances including Samsung, Voltas, Panasonic, Whirlpool, Luminous, Sony, Mitsubishi, BPL, Onida, Exide besides others. He assured excellent services to the customers stating that it has an authorized service centre at 56/A 2nd Extn Gandhi Nagar and Excel Sale & Services, Main Road, Gangyal.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Ashok, Jasmeet Singh, Jagdev Singh, Piara Singh and Happy.
