KATHUA, Oct 20: Mystery shrouds the death of 28 year youth in Bani area of district Kathua late last night.
As per reports Dalip Kumar, son of Subash Chander of village Surjan Chalog who was returning on his motorcycle after closing his shop in Bani was murdered in the way and his dead body was found some where on the steep hill where the motor cycle was lying on the road.
The Bani police took up the body into its custody and started investigation. It has registered a case under Section 302 RPC. The dead body was sent for postmortem by police and it is confident of getting a breakthrough in the case soon.
