SRINAGAR, Feb 11: A youth was killed, while a minor girl was injured in different road accidents in the Valley.
A police spokesman said Farhat Hussain son of Ghulam Hussain of Dab Ganderbal who was injured when his motorcycle skidded off the road near Wayil Bridge succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS Srinagar.
A minor girl, Mehvish Jan daughter of Mohammad Iqbal Malik of Check-i-Nesu, Badragund in Anantnag, was injured when an Auto, JK03/2258, driven by Muzaffar Ahmad Sheikh son of Mohammad Abdullah of Doonipawa, Anantnag, hit her.
She was shifted to District Hospital Anantnag for treatment.
The spokesman said cases have been registered in these accidents.
