RAJOURI, May 13: A youth was arrested by police when he was appearing in the examination in place of his real brother in a Government school at Kotranka.
Interestingly, the duty which was supposed to be performed by Superintendent of the examination hall and the invigilators/ exam staff was performed by police that too, on the basis of a specific information. The entire staff has also come under shadow as the police has registered a case in this connection.
The incident took place at Govt Higher Secondary School Kotranka where Islamic Studies and Computer Sciences exam was going on. Mast Gul, son of Sain Khan was appearing in the exam in place of his brother Rashid Ali. Without bothering for the attendance sheet and signatures, the exam staff allowed the youth to appear in the exam. The police party received an information and conducted raid. They arrested the accused and registered a case in this connection alleging involvement of exam staff.
