Srinagar, Mar 22: A 25-year-old youth has gone missing from Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Reports said that a youth identified as Shahid Ahmad Rather (25) son of Ghulam Mohammad Rather, a resident of Luru Tral, went missing on Friday last and didn’t return. All the efforts by the family to trace him have so far proved futile.
The family in this regard has also lodged a missing report with the concerned police station.
The police said that a missing report has been received from the missing youth’s family and the efforts are on to locate him, the official said.
The missing youth’s father had also issued a video appeal in which he is seen pleading with people to return his son.
