UDHAMPUR, Aug 27: Under mysterious circumstances, a teenage youth was found dead in a lake at Thaley Kogermarh in Tehsil Ramnagar.
According to the police, Baldev Singh (19), son of Roop Chand Thakur, resident of Ward No.07, Thaley, Tehsil Ramnagar, was found dead in a lake at village Thaley under suspicious circumstances.
The body was spotted by some locals, who informed the Ramnagar police. A police team led by Inspector Sohan Singh reached the spot and shifted the body to mortuary room of SDH Ramnagar.
After completion of all the legal formalities and postmortem, the body was handed over to the family members while and Ramnagar Police have initiated inquest proceedings under 174 CrPC and started investigation.
