JAMMU, Mar 24: Taking selfie on a bridge proved to be too dearer for a 21-year-old youth, as he fell off the bridge after he got slipped and died.
“Asgar Ali son of Mohd Hussain, resident of Kargil, who was presently residing at New Plot (Jammu), was taking selfie while standing on the edge of a bridge near S-Morh, Bantalab (Nagrota), this afternoon, when he got slipped and fell off the bridge”, a police spokesman said.
He said that the grievously injured youth was immediately shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where he succumbed to his injuries at about 8 PM.
The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
