JAMMU, Sept 6: A youth consumed some poisonous substance at his residence in Ward No 6 of Samba late last night.
He has been identified as Raman Kumar, 27, S/o Bikramjit resident of Ward No 6, Samba. The family members shifted him to District Hospital Samba for treatment.
