JAMMU, May 10: A one day convention of the Youth Congress was held at Kalakote.
On the occasion, Satish Sharma, president, Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha was the chief guest.
AYC president Wasim Kohli, presented the welcome address and stressed upon the need to strengthen the party in Kalakote so as to come out victorious in the forth coming election.
While addressing the gathering, Satish Sharma stressed upon the youth to make their career in the private sectors as it has very lucrative jobs.
During interaction with the people, Satish Sharma and Wasim Kohli listened to their grievances. The people highlighted the issues including shortage of teachers in various schools of Mogle, Jungral and Badal Kawas, shortage of water, electricity and requirement of dispensary in the constituency.
Satish Sharma and Wasim Kohli gave a patient hearing to the demands highlighted by the people and assured early redressal.
Among others present were AYC president Rajouri Zaheer Abbas Choudhary, AYC president Nowshera Sahil Sharma, Sat Pal Sharma, Captain Raj Kumar, Junaid Ahmed, Riaz Choudhary, Sanjay Sharma and Virender Singh.
