Youth Cong launches ‘Young India Ke Bol’ competition

JAMMU, Feb 18: Youth Congress, J&K unit is organising a speech competition titled ‘Young India ke Bol’ 2020, aiming to bring National Register for Unemployed (NRU) throughout the country.
Briefing media persons here today, Uday Bhanu Chib, president J&K Youth Congress said that BJP-led Government at the Centre is misleading the youth on unemployment and trying to divert their attention towards unrealistic issues. He said this initiative is envisioned to give a platform to the young, powerful orators and leaders, who can communicate their thoughts to inspire the youth and to encourage participatory democracy.
“Indian Youth Congress presents an opportunity by engaging youth across the country in a speech competition with unemployment as its theme. Selected participants will be given an opportunity to become a voice of Youth Congress- Naukri Ki Baat,” Chib said.
He added that Youth Congress will hold the competitions at district levels in Jammu and Kashmir with an aim to explore and enhance the communication skills of youngsters.
Sandeep Sharma and Vishal Chopra, spokesperson JKPYC and Bhanu Partap Singh Co ordinator incharge of J&K of this program, will visit district to district of J&K to select and appoint district spokesperson of Youth congress.
He informed that the selected youth will participate in the national level competition scheduled to be held on March 23, commemorating the martyrdom day of Shaheed Bhagat Singh at New Delhi.
Sandeep Sharma and Vishal Chopra Spokesperson JKPYC along with Bhanu Partap Singh Co ordinator incharge J&K of this program, also accompanied Chib in the press conference.
