KATHUA, Mar 24: A youth committed suicide by hanging himself with a tree in village Dhar Duueeno falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Billawar.
He has been identified as Anil Kumar S/o Raj Kumar of Dhar Duueeno. His dead body after postmortem at PS Billawar was handed over to family members for last rites. The Billawar Police has registered a case under Section 174.
