JAMMU, Oct 6: A youth has been booked by Akhnoor Police for trying to outrage modesty of a lady.
As per police sources, a lady hailing from Gurha Jagir lodged a complaint with Police Station Akhnoor stating that a youth identified as Rahul Kumar, son of Girdhari Lal of Gurha Jagir entered into her house and tried to outrage her modesty.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 167/2020 under Section 354 IPC has been registered at Akhnoor Police Station and investigation started.
