JAMMU, Oct 1: Vilakshan Singh, State general secretary of Young Panthers, has condemned the alleged discriminatory   decision of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India to waive off the examination fee for the Company Secretary examination for December 2014 session only for the students belonging to Kashmir valley.
In a statement, he said that the recent rains and floods have wrecked havoc in the entire State.   “Although waving of fee of Company Secretary Examination is a step in the right direction for the welfare of youth but limiting the benefits of this exemption only to the youth of Kashmir Valley is highly discriminatory and unacceptable,” he said and demanded that the Institute of Company Secretaries of India should immediately modify its order and confer the benefit of the fee exemption on the youth of the entire State.
