UDHAMPUR, May 10: In an apparent case of suicide, a young man was found hanging from ceiling fan hook at his house in village Chokal Mrothi, Sudmhadev, Chenani.
According to the police report, Rakesh Kumar (34), son of Des Raj of village Chokal Mrothi, Sudmhadev, was hanging from ceiling fan hook in his house, under mysterious circumstances. The family member saw him hanging and immediately called the Police, which rushed to the spot.
Police shifted the dead body to Sub District Hospital Chenani for the postmortem and other legal formalities and registered a case for further investigation. Cause of provocation behind the apparent suicide was not yet ascertained.
