UDHAMPUR, May 30: A young housewife was found hanging at the house of her in laws in village Chalyar Chenani, here today.
Reports said that 20-year old Renu Devi, wife of Rajinder Kumar of Ward Number 7, village Chalyar Chenani, was found hanging under mysterious circumstances at her house, this morning.
Family members rushed her to Sub District Hospital Chenani where doctors declared her as brought dead.
Later, the body was sent for postmortem. Police after completion of all the legal formalities, handed over the body to family members for last rites.
As it appeared to be a case of suicide, a case under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Chenani for further investigation.
