JAMMU, Feb 17: To observe the Nirvan Divas of Bramrishi Jivan Sahib, a spiritual saint of medieval Kashmir the Hindu biradari of Ladhu Pampore organized yagya at Anuradha Puram, Barnai, here today.
The Yagya began yesterday evening and after the completion of five ‘suhakars’ culminated with ‘puran ahuti’, today.
A large number of devotees, besides the people of all walks of life attended the ‘hawan’ with religious gaiety and fervour.
The devotees felt blissful and ecstatic by being part of ‘bhajan-kirtan’ during the yagya.
On the occasion, speakers threw light on the life style of the great saint.
A ‘Maha bhog’ was served among all and sundry after the ‘puran ahuti’.
